  5. Qualifying offers, negotiating the contract, and managing the due diligence process through to non-refundable 'at-risk' status, followed by closing or commencement. Ensure that deliverables are met throughout the timeline

  6. Communicating frequently and consistently with the Client throughout the transaction. Collaborating with the Client on next steps and assessing options
